CORE Butte Charter School is operated by a 501c3 non-profit organization, CORE Butte Inc.  As such, each board conducts regular governance meetings throughout the year. The meetings are generally located at the main office site. The board is comprised of community members and parents. All meetings are open.

The CORE charter council is an advisory council made up of parents, students, teachers, an administrative representative, and the Executive Director. The council meets a minimum of three times during the school year. All meetings are open.

Unless otherwise noted, all Board meetings for CORE Butte, Inc. will begin at 9:30 a.m. All Charter Advisory Council meetings for CORE Butte Inc. will begin at 9:30 a.m.
