Employee Application Process

  • Thank you for your interest in becoming an employee with CORE. There are two levels of employment. One may apply to become a certificated employee; teacher, high school counselor, school psychologist, administrator, etc. or one may become a classified employee; teacher's aide, office assistant, office technician, school secretary etc.
  • As a condition of employment, each employee working with minors must receive a complete background check clearance prior to employment. Also, all Vendor Course Instructors are required to submit proper documentation of Department of Justice (DOJ) fingerprint clearance prior to student instruction.

  • The process for becoming a CORE employee is as follows:
    • Meet the certification requirements of the job for which you are applying (see the job announcement)
    • Please submit your CORE application and all required documents online via EdJoin. You may contact our Human Resources department with any questions.
    • We comply with the regulations established by California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
